For one year from the date of purchase of The Shademaster™, the manufacturer will repair or replace the components due to defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty does not cover damages attributed to high winds, abuse, alteration, or negligence.

For service under The Shademaster™ Warranty, please do not contact the dealer. All warranty claims must be addressed to Sonotex Products Ltd. The warranty will not be honoured without a copy of the original receipt (Proof of Purchase). This warranty does not cover the shipping costs involved with repairs, returns or replacements of items under warranty. Caution
Although this unit is constructed to rigid specifications, it should not be left unattended for long periods of time. Occasionally verify the stakes and fasteners to make sure the unit is secure.

Check the structure carefully after heavy rain to ensure none of the legs are twisted into the ground. TAKE THE UNIT DOWN DURING PERIODS OF HIGH WINDS TO AVOID DAMAGE. DO NOT KEEP NEAR A FIRE AND DO NOT BARBECUE UNDER THE STRUCTURE.

Cleaning
Use a solution of a mild biodegradable detergent and water. Apply with a mop or soft brush. Let the solution stand for 10 minutes and rinse thoroughly. Let dry on the frame. DO NOT PUT IN A WASHING MACHINE OR DRYER.
